End of tenancy

We all know how important all details are in a house/flat. Our end of tenancy cleaning team will leave every square inch of your property cleaned and polished, and germ free. We have  high standards, but if we were to miss anything we offer a guarantee of up to 48 hours that we will come back and do what’s needed for free.
If you can’t let us in the property on the day of cleaning  we are happy to collect a key from you beforehand  or from your letting agent.
Some clients may need only parts of their homes or offices to be cleaned, so we need a full list of your requirements. If you have your own task list we will follow your requirements. However, for your convenience we list all standard services that our cleaners fulfil when this service is booked.
Task list for end of tenancly  cleaning:

Kitchen 
  • clean cupboards and drawers inside and outside
  • clean fridge and freezer inside and outside
  • clean oven and oven dish
  • clean microwave inside and outside
  • clean extractor fan
  • clean washing machine inside and outside, clean the rubber and soap drawers
  • clean sink and taps
  • clean tiles 
  • wipe doors, remove marks, wipe door knobs
  • wash windows and window sills
  • clean all surfaces 
  • wipe skirting boards
  • clean blinds
  • clean kettle, toaster, etc
  • empy and wipe bins
  • hoover and mop the floor

Bathroom
  • clean and polish mirror, bath, shower, shower screen, tiles, basin, taps
  • polish towel rail
  • wipe skirting  boards
  • wipe doors and door handles
  • clean and disinfect toilet, toilet bowl and toilet seat
  • clean the cabinets inside and outside
  • empty and polish bins
  • vacuum and mop the floor

Bedrooms and General
  • dusting throughout, including light fittings and shades, light switches, skirting boards, pictures, frames, all radiators and all mirrors
  • move any furniture if possible, vacuum underneath and behind
  • clean cobwebs
  • clean windows and window sills
  • clean and polish doors and door handles, wipe blinds
  • vacuum upholstery, lift cushions and clean underneath
  • vacuum and mop the floor
