(minimum of 3 hours, cleaning materials not included) Spring cleaning and End of tenancy including
cleaning materials and equipment - £20.00 p/h (minimum of 3 hours) Carpet cleaning
Single bedroom - £20.00
Double bedroom - £25.00 Large bedroom - £30.00 Dining room - £30.00 Lounge - £35.00 Hallway - £15.00 Landing - £10.00 Bathroom/WC - £10.00 Stairs (per step) - £2.00 Large rug - £20.00 Small rug - £15.00 The minimum charge per visit is £50.

When you book any service please let us know what cleaning materials and equipment you have. We are able to supply a vacuum cleaner, a mop, cleaning materials etc, but these will incur additional charges. We can provide you with a list of materials if you prefer to buy them yourself.
